 About Africa Future Foundation

Africa Future Foundation (AFF) is a research NGO that seeks to reduce mortality of mothers and children in Malawi. Having started its projects in 2011, AFF has offered Primary Student School Cohort Program, Secondary Student School Cohort Programs and Pregnancy Cohort Programs. AFF seeks to enhance the life of Malawians by providing constructive interventions to the participants and by thoroughly analyzing the impact of the programs offered.

2. Position Overview

AFF is looking for enumerators, who will be responsible for conducting phone surveys to our beneficiaries for the HIV prevention program.

3. Qualifications –

Those who have graduated from secondary school by passing MSCE with credit” or “with distinction” –
Those who are in between 20 and 26 years old.

5. Treatment

During the probation period (1 month), enumerators will be paid 1,500MK per day. (This includes all allowances such as lunch and transportation, before tax deduction)
Those who are finally selected after the probation period will be paid 1,900MK per day. (This includes all allowances such as lunch and transportation, before tax deduction)
Working period may vary from 2 months to 6 months, according to assignment of teams.

DATA ENTRY CLERKS (SEVERAL POSITIONS)

AFF’s Education program has been conducting baseline and follow-up surveys to primary school learners in T.A. Chimutu. Data entry clerk will be responsible for entering the paper surveys onto the database in a timely and accurate manner.
