SALES EXECUTIVE

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the following are key tasks:

Provide front line office activities and attend to clients enquiries.
Manage customer accounts as ono when required.
Provide administrative support when required.
Making outbound and inbound sales calls as well as attending to clients enquiries.
Visiting clients as and when required.
Maintain and log a client database for office needs.
Able to identify clients to follow up and generate further interest and revenue streams.
Handling client’s queries regarding service by production team.
Following up on client’s jobs from acquisition to delivery of the finished products to the client.
Gathering market intelligence for use it sales strategies.
Helping in preparation of tender documents for procuring entities by obtaining prices from different suppliers.
Profile

Preferably an MSCE plus a Diploma in Marketing (Chartered Institute of Marketing).
Possession of clean SADC driving licence.
Not less than 30 years old.
At least 5 years’ experience.
Fluent in English.
Strong good IT competence.
Presentable and charismatic.

PSYCHOSOCIAL Case Manager

It serves refugees, offering them practical and spiritual support, according to their humanitarian needs, regardless of their beliefs.

Jesuit Refugee Service is seeking applicants for the position of Psychosocial Case Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

Assess and attend to individual cases with relevant services: provision of information, counselling, psycho-education, referral to other services.
Facilitation of therapeutic support groups for various populations in Dzaleka Refugee Camp.
Coordination of child rehabilitation programme, which involves identifying children with challenging behaviour, assigning them to counsellors, support groups, and recreational activities.
Providing technical support to one or more community based organizations by giving consultations to plan activities, conducting trainings to build their capacity, and link them with other agencies they can partner with
Facilitating occasional psycho-education trainings for the community and psychosocial team
Supervise 6 community counsellors and various interns through regular sessions to assist them with case management, help them develop skills, and support them in their well-being.
Create relationships with other agencies serving in the camp so as to strengthen the referral system
Attending meetings within the psychosocial team on a weekly basis, and with other agencies.
Attend supervision sessions with the psychosocial project director.
Document activities and their outcomes and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Minimum Requirements

Must be a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Social Work.
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in similar position.
