Post : Printer (Grade I)

Salary : Within the Grade I salary scale segment

Location : Lilongwe and Zomba

Qualifications

Applicants should be either Senior Printers (Grade J) with a minimum of four (4) years experience at that grade or non-serving in possession of a bachelor’s degree in Printing obtained from accredited institutions.

Duties

Ensure safe custody and efficient use of raw materials; prepare monthly reports;
Proof read and edit work to ensure correct spelling or grammar;
Rectify anomalies on the job in consultation with clients etc.

Applicants should be Senior Assistant Procurement Officers (Grade J) with a minimum of four (4) years experience at that grade or non-serving in possession of a bachelor’s degree in either Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/ Studies/Management or Accountancy obtained from accredited institutions or Graduate Diploma of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (Level Six).

Duties

Assist in preparation of Procurement Plan for the designated Procurement activities;
Verify cost estimates for designated procurement within budget;
Assist in the preparation of simple solicitation documents, etc.
