Human Resources Coordinator - Lilongwe
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop appropriate/interesting job adverts
Shortlist candidates and make necessary recommendations
Schedule interviews and prepare interview documents
Ensure timely completion of interview process and produce interview write up
Build and update personnel files
Conduct reference checks for successful candidates
Manage the Recruitment emails
Manage PSI Malawi Pension and Group Life Scheme
Manage PSI/Malawi MASM scheme
Qualification and Experience
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with 3 years post qualification experience
Skills and Knowledge
Good experience in human resource management
Good knowledge of the Country’s Labour laws and regulations.
Clear understanding of the Social-Economic fabric of the Country.
Good grasp of the cause and impact of HIV/AIDS, current issues pertaining to Malaria and Child Survival, Reproductive Health and other Social Health issues in Malawi.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good counselling and negotiation skills.
Be self-starter, effective team player and demonstrated verifiable result-oriented track record
